A. Assessing
a. MS-1: Paper Copy needs to be signed and postmarked by 9/1/2010 and filed electronically.
b. Agreement with Schloesser: In lieu of BTLA court hearing, meeting to come to an agreement requested by BTLA. No additional concessions by town, only change are correction of 2 small
pieces of data on our property record cards.

A. Conservation Commission Re-Appointment: Kristie Holtz has submitted an application for re- appointment to the Conservation Commission for a one-year term.
