Other meetings may be held by the Planning Board as determined by a majority vote of the Planning Board at a
Regular Meeting.

PH* designation shows night on which PUBLIC HEARINGS for projects will be held, when required.
A completed application & supporting documentation shall be submitted at least (30) days prior to the meeting upon which application is to be considered by the Planning Board for formal acceptance. Applications for Site Review & Subdivisions are subject to review, comment & recommendations from the Technical Review Committee (TRC) 2 – 3 weeks prior to formal
submission to the Planning Board.
