Selectmen’s Rep: Paul Parker
Staff Present: Paul Esswein, Clark Hackett
Applicant Present: Larry Major - Pike Industries,
Public Present: Marty Gillman - Farmington Cemetery
(arrived approximately 5:15)
Meeting opened at 4:35p.m. at the Paulson Road proposed excavation site.
Discussion opened with a presentation by Larry Major on proposed driveway
location, boundary locations and proposed elevations of excavation.
Discussions continued pertaining to sight distances, traffic issues, road width and the potential paving of the road in the unpaved section, in its current position and
width.
Action items: Clark to prepare estimate for road maintenance. Charlie to discuss
at selectman's meeting.
Some members left; Hiram Watson, Clark Hackett, Paul Parker and Paul Esswein.
Continued discussions and viewing of wetlands by Charlie King, Troy Robidas and Larry
major.
Marty Gillman arrived and discussion continued on wetlands, town water
issues and the horse that was lost.
Meeting adjourned at 5:30.
