Norm Russell and Don MacVane were contacted by speaker phone to create the quorum required to vote on the continuance of this meeting as motioned by Chairman Charlie King and 2nd by Paul Parker for continuing this Zoning Ordinance Amendment / Addition Planning Board meeting to Thursday, January 13, 2005. All voted in favor, motion passes.
Chairman King motions to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. 2nd by Paul Parker.
