Application for Site Plan Review by: Winnisquam Wood Products (Tax Map R32, Lot 22-6) for property owned by Stickney Granite LLC, located at 33 Sarah Greenfield Way. The applicant proposes to construct a 7,800 sq. ft. building on a site that includes an existing 5,000 sq. ft. building. Use of the existing structure remains a granite fabrication company. The proposed structure is to be utilized for wood products manufacturing. The parcel is located in the Industrial Business (IB) Zoning District.
