PUBLIC NOTICE
The Farmington Planning Board will meet on Tuesday January 22, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Farmington Municipal Offices Building, Selectmen’s Chambers, 356 Main Street to consider the following:
1) Public Hearing for Planning Board Recommendation to Board of Selectmen for 2008 Town Meeting to amend the Flood Plain Development Ordinance to bring it into compliance with the State Office of Energy and Planning’s requirements.
2) Public Hearing for Planning Board Recommendation to Board of Selectmen for 2008 Town Meeting to amend the “Definitions” Section of the Farmington Zoning Ordinance.
3) Public Hearing for Planning Board Recommendation to the Board of Selectmen for 2008 Town Meeting to amend the “Agricultural Residential (AR)”, “Suburban Residential (SR)” and “Rural Residential (RR)” Sections of the Farmington Zoning Ordinance to include Rear Yard Setbacks.
