Economic Development Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Barry Elliott, Paula Proulx, Cyndi Paulin,
Also Present: Director of Planning and Community Development, Dan Merhalski
Meeting convened at 7:00AM
Membership: Left to businesses for new members: request to BOS
Website: Is it being revamped? Dan-yes . Can minutes of all committee be posted? Dan-should be easy.
Review of Minutes: 9-12-07: Approved as amended.
Staff for Committee: Town Planner and Town Administrator used to attend. Dan will attend if committee requests.
Route 11 Bypass road: Town should be in discussion with Rochester.
Marketing Packet: Reviewed and made edits. Will request that Megan make the changes and make up packets for the BOS approval. Committee would like the document e-mailed to them to see if posted on the website.
By-laws Discussion: Reviewed briefly, add change that…
Master Plan: Goal Planning Board and Planner to get MP finished by the end of the year.
Next Meeting: Review By-laws and pass any suggested changes to BOS for approval;. Review Chapter 5 of MP.
