1.Call to Order:
Vice Chairman Ann Titus called the meeting to order at 5:52 p.m.
2.Pledge of Allegiance
3.Review of Minutes:
Motion:(Capello,second Laferte)to approve the minutes of June 25,2014 as submitted passed unanimously.
4.Blended Discussion of School and Town Information:Projects,Debt Limits,Total Debt(Available Percentage)- Following a brief discussion, the item was tabled to allow members more time to review debt information presented at the meeting.
Motion:(Laferte,second Welford)to table item 4 until the next meeting passed unanimously.Members requested the Town Administrator be present at the next meeting to discuss the matter with the committee.

6.Next Meeting:December 3,2014 at 5:30 p.m.

Motion:(Capello,second Leferte)to adjourn the meeting passed unanimously at 6 p.m.
