The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Falmouth Town Hall on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. on the following applications:
  • 54 Pleasant Hill Rd. Susan Ashley Speckhart-Is requesting approval under Section 6.5 to tear down and rebuild a garage. Parcel U33-013, zoned RA.
  • 2 Town Landing Rd. Carolie Hendrich, Dwight & Lauren Hendrich – Are requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.2 & 5.22.1 for an addition and Accessory Dwelling Unit. Parcel U17-055, zoned RA.  
  • 137 Gray Rd. Sarah & Denis Boudreau- Are requesting Conditional Use under Section 8.3 for approval of a 2 unit. Parcel U43-001, zoned VMU.
  • 245 Foreside Rd. Kelly Stucker- Is requesting Conditional Use Section 6.2 for a dormer. Parcel U16-079, zoned RA.
  • 20 Carmichael Ave.  Ed & Edna Sayers-  Are requesting Conditional Use under Section 5.22.1 for an addition and Accessory Dwelling Unit.  Parcel U18-002-J, zoned RA.
