LEGAL NOTICE
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Falmouth
Town Hall on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 6:30p.m. To hear the following:
1. Kathleen and Zbigniew Kurlanski - Are appealing a decision of the Code Enforcement
Officer regarding parking at the Portland Yacht Club, at 40 Old Powerhouse Road, Parcel
#U16-083, zoned “RA/SZ”. TABLED FROM JULY 20, 2010
2. Thomas Munroe-Is requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.2a for an addition at 12
Kelley Rd. Parcel U01-212, zoned “RA”. Tabled from 6.22.10
3. Jeff Mason - Is requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.2a for an expansion at 141
Gray Rd. Parcel U42-010 zoned “VMU”.
4. Daniel Hourihan- Is requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.2a for a deck at 300
Falmouth Rd. parcel R05-27A, zoned “FF”.
5. Alex and Lisa Agnew- Are requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.2 for the addition of
deck and living space at 4 Avon Rd. Parcel U01-059, zoned “RA”.
6. Traynor Family Residence LLC- Is requesting Conditional Use under Section 8.3, 6.11 &
6.2b for an expansion at 20 Burgess St. Parcel U16-044, zoned “RA”. Tabled from 6.22.10
7. Ms. Betsey Greenstein- Is requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.9 to tear down and
rebuild an addition at 2 Laurel Ln, Parcel U09-034, zoned, “RA’.
8. Mary Natale Wade Morrison- Is requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.9 to tear down
and rebuild a garage and breezeway at 23 Harding Ave, Parcel U04-069, zoned “RA.
9. David Cuttler- Is requesting Conditional Use under Section 5.22.1 for an Accessory
Dwelling at 9 Edgewater Rd. Parcel U09-051, zoned “RA”.

PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS YOU MAY HAVE DUE TO A DISABILITY, AT
LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.
There will be no additional applications heard after 10:30 PM. Any application not heard at this hearing will
be continued until the next regular session, or an earlier date as may be decided by a majority of the Board.
