LEGAL NOTICE
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers Room at Falmouth Town Hall on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 6:30p.m. To hear the following:
- Odette Galli- Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2b to add a balcony at 16 Ayers Court. Parcel U16-046, zoned “RA”.
- Aaron & Rose Splint - Are requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2b to add an addition at 6 Tidewater Cove. Parcel U01-188 zoned “RA”.
- Safe Housing Associates – representing Bayshore Real Estate- Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2b to add a dormer at 5 Reg Roc Rd, Parcel U01-151 zoned “RA “.
- Kathleen and Zbigniew Kurlanski - Are requesting a hearing to appeal a decision of the Code Enforcement Officer regarding parking in an unpaved area outside of the parking area at Portland Yacht Club, 40 Old Power House Rd, Parcel U16-083, zoned “RA”. THIS APPLICATION IS POSTPONED UNTIL APRIL
- Norway Savings Bank-Is Appealing a Decision of the CEO and/or requesting approvals for a Conditional Use under Section 8.3 for a sign and an 8.4 Variance for the front setback at 266 U.S. RT1 , Parcel U58-010-A1, zoned, “BP”.
- Frank & Gail Adshead- Are requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.2 for a dormer at 52 Applegate Ln, Parcel U59-010-004, zoned “RA”.
If the public meeting is cancelled due to a storm, it will be held at the same time on the following Tuesday. For cancellations please listen to: WGAN (560AM); WMGX (93.1FM); WPOR (101.9FM) or WYNZ (100.9FM).
MEETING NOTES:
- PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS YOU MAY HAVE DUE TO A DISABILITY, AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.
- There will be no additional applications heard after 10:30 PM. Any application not heard at this hearing will be continued until the next regular session, or an earlier date as may be decided by a majority of the Board.
- This agenda may be rearranged pursuant to a decision of the Chairman, without NOTICE.
