LEGAL NOTICE
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Falmouth Town
Hall on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at 6:30p.m. To hear the following:
1. Isaac & Kate Treem-Are requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2a for a deck at
11 Pineview Rd. Parcel #U45-040, zoned “RB”.
2. Jane Weed represented by Josh Dwinnell- Are requesting Conditional Use approval under
Section 6.2a for a dormer at 91 Leighton Rd, Parcel #U45-048, zoned “RB”.
3. John & Jenny Pray- Are requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2a for an
addition to a garage at 10 Hamlin Rd, Parcel#U45-012-M, zoned “RB”.
4. Donald Russell- Is seeking Reconsideration of the October decision of the Zoning Board of
Appeals for Conditional Use under Section 8.3 to extend a garage roof at 11 Maiden Ln. Parcel
#U16-071, zoned “RA”.  WITHDRAWN
5. Craig Jones c/o Archie Giobbi, John & Stacey Ford and Shawn & Shelley Cunninghamrequest
for a hearing to appeal the Code Enforcement Officers decision for a violation of a
State Subdivision law for 7 & 11 Paddock Wy. Parcels #R03-005-A & M zoned “FF”.
6. Dawn Keller represented by Karen Metzger- Is requesting a Hearing under Section 8.2.1 for
a mislocated single family dwelling located at 21 Hedgerow Dr. Parcel #U61-018, zoned “RA”.
7. Kenneth & Tina Ramsey-Are requesting Conditional Use approval under Section
5.221.1 for an Accessory Dwelling at 18 Hamlin Rd. Parcel #U45-012-J, zoned “RB”.
The following items are continued to February 04, 2009 at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers.
8. Morong Falmouth-– Relief from the decision of the Code Enforcement Officer for sign
violations at 187 US RT 1, Parcel #U07-004-B1, zoned “SB1”.
9. Irving Oil Corporation- Is requesting Conditional Use under Section 8.3 to reface a
freestanding sign at 264 US RT 1, Parcel #U58-007, zoned “SB1”.
10. Dino A. Spugnardi- Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section (6.9 & 6.11) to tear
down and rebuild a structure at 22 Mill Rd, Parcel #U40-014, zoned “RB”.
11. Chris & Grace Orestis-Are requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.9 for a partial
teardown and addition at 16 Ayers Court, Parcel #U16-046, zoned “RA”.
12. Leslie Gass represented by Benjamin Pollard- is requesting Conditional Use under Section
6.11 for an addition at 36 Lowell Farm Rd, Parcel #HL7-004, zoned “RBM”.

PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS YOU MAY HAVE DUE TO A DISABILITY, AT
LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.
There will be no additional applications heard after 10:30 PM. Any application not heard at this hearing will be
continued until the next regular session, or an earlier date as may be decided by a majority of the Board.
