LEGAL NOTICE
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Falmouth
Town Hall on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 6:30p.m. To hear the following:
1. David P. Kelley-Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.10 for an
addition at 257 Foreside Rd. Parcel U16-021 zoned “RA”.
2. Karen & John Winslow -Are requesting Conditional Use approval under Section
5.22.1 for an accessory dwelling at 253 Gray Rd. Parcel R06-033-A, zoned “VMU”.
3. Donna & Tom Schwartz- Are requesting Conditional Use approval under Section
6.2b for an addition at 52 Underwood Rd. Parcel U19-062, zoned “RA.”.
4. Archie Giobbi –representing Craig Jones on an 8.4 Variance request for lot
reduction at 99 Winn Rd. Parcel R03-005-L, zoned “FF”.
5. David Savage- Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2 for an
addition at 17 Winslow Rd. Parcel U02-039 zoned “RA’.
6. Nancy Murtie- Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2c for a deck
at 50 Applegate Ln, Parcel U59-010-003, zoned “RA’.
7. Stephen Wyman- Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2b for
additions at 37 Allen Ave Ext. Parcel U34-009, zoned “Ram”
8. Start to Finish Remodeling Inc- representing Ju Fraun Corporation is requesting
Conditional Use approval under Section 8.3e to build a detached garage at 10
Waters Edge Rd. Parcel U05-013, zoned ”RC”.
9. Kenneth & Beverly Bixby of 32 Wildwood Way are appealing a decision of the
Code Enforcement Officer related to a Building Permit issued to Dr. Charles
deSieyes of 185 Woodville Rd. Parcel R03-031, zoned “FF”.

PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS YOU MAY HAVE DUE TO A DISABILITY, AT
LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.
There will be no additional applications heard after 10:30 PM. Any application not heard at this hearing will
be continued until the next regular session, or an earlier date as may be decided by a majority of the Board.
