TOWN OF FALMOUTH
LEGAL NOTICE
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Large Conference Room at
Falmouth Town Hall on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 6:30p.m. To hear the following:

ADMINISTRATIVE AGENDA:
A. Jack Hutchins representing Rubicon Investments- Is requesting  Conditional Use under Section 6.2a to replace a deck at 327 Foreside Rd. Parcel U18-009, zoned “RA”.
B. Randy Ingerson –representing John & Candace Jalbert, are requesting  Conditional Use under
Section 6.2a to build a deck at 3 Waters Edge Rd. Parcel U05-015, zoned “RC”.
C. Philip & Rae Pierce- Are requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2 to
add a second floor dormer at 79 Waites Landing Rd. Parcel U05-018, zoned ”RC”.

REGULAR AGENDA:
1. Eduard P. Van Loenen-Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 5.22.1
to tear down and replace a barn with an Accessory Cottage at 164 Falmouth Rd.
Parcel R04-20, zoned “RB”.

2. Janice Walker-Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 8.3 & 6.9 to
replace a single family dwelling at 51 Longwoods Rd. Parcel R01-029, zoned “FF”.

3. University of Maine Foundation- Is requesting Conditional Use approval under
Section 8.3 for a Private Club at 200 Woodville Rd. Parcel R03-023-001, zoned “FF”.

4. Brad C. James- Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 6.2 to move
and build a new garage addition at 64 Allen Ave Ext. Parcel U33-021, zoned ”RAm”.

5. Maura McDermott- Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section 5.22.1 to
build an Accessory Dwelling at 97 Mast Rd. Parcel R09-046-003, zoned “FF”.

6. Kenneth & Beverly Bixby- Request for Hearing and are appealing a building permit
issued to an abutter on February 18, 2009.

MEETING NOTES:
PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS YOU MAY HAVE DUE TO A DISABILITY, AT
LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.
There will be no additional applications heard after 10:30 PM. Any application not heard at this hearing will
be continued until the next regular session, or an earlier date as may be decided by a majority of the Board.
