LEGAL NOTICE
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Large Conference Room at
Falmouth Town Hall on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 6:30p.m. To hear the following:
1. Craig Jones c/o Archie Giobbi, John & Stacey Ford and Shawn & Shelley
Cunningham-Discussion and adoption of Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law,
by the Board.
2. Donald Russell- Is seeking Reconsideration of the October decision of the Zoning
Board of Appeals for Conditional Use under Section 8.3 to extend a garage roof at
11 Maiden Ln. Parcel #U16-071, zoned “RA”.
3. Dino A. Spugnardi- Is requesting Conditional Use approval under Section (6.9 &
6.11) to tear down and rebuild a structure at 22 Mill Rd, Parcel #U40-014, zoned
“RB”.
4. Falmouth Firehouse LLC- Is requesting Conditional Use under Section 8.3 for a
Retail, Office and apartment units at 234 Middle Rd, Parcel#U23-002, zoned “RB”.
5. Chad Desrochers- Is requesting Conditional Use under Section 6.2 for an addition
at 46 Sunset Ln. Parcel#HL3-007, zoned “RBM”.
6. William Lundborg- Is requesting Conditional Use under Section 8.3 to tear down a
cottage at 36 Ramsdell Rd. Parcel#U16-031, zoned “RA”.
MEETING NOTES:
If the public meeting is cancelled due to a storm, it will be held at the same time on the following Tuesday. For cancellations
please listen to: WGAN (560AM); WMGX (93.1FM); WPOR (101.9FM) or WYNZ (100.9FM).
PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS YOU MAY HAVE DUE TO A DISABILITY, AT
LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.
There will be no additional applications heard after 10:30 PM. Any application not heard at this hearing will
be continued until the next regular session, or an earlier date as may be decided by a majority of the Board.
