LEGAL NOTICE
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at Falmouth Town Hall on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at 6:30p.m. To hear the following:
1. Adam Rosenbaum- Is requesting Section 6.2a Conditional Use approval for an addition at 22 Edgewater Rd, Parcel U09-018, Zoned “RA”.
2. L&M Builders, Inc. - Is requesting Section 8.3 Conditional Use approval to construct a dormer at 151 Gray Rd. Parcel #U42-005, Zoned “VMU”.
3. Lee Harthone Sr.-Is requesting Section 5.22.1 Conditional Use approval for an Accessory Dwelling at 6 Hideaway Ln, Parcel # HL5-003 zoned “FF”.
4. Mike Gibbs- is requesting Section 6.2b Conditional Use approval to add a dormer at 16 Riverside Rd, Parcel # U01-181, Zoned “RA”.
