Summary:
On January 24, the Town Council requested that the CDC review and make recommendations on the land use actions of the Comprehensive Plan, due to a concern about the recent increase of residential development. The CDC has spent the last several months reviewing the actions and has prepared a report with suggestions on high priority actions.
