The Falmouth Land Trust and Falmouth Food Pantry have each occupied space in the Town Hall for several years. The Town, through the town manager, entered into a specific license agreement with the Falmouth Land Trust but has not formally adopted an agreement with the Food Pantry.
The Town Council is asked to consider formal license agreements with both entities. A copy of the License Agreements is attached. |
