Subject:	Order to appoint a member to serve as a representative to the Library Board of Trustees' Finance Committee. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:	In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the Town and Library signed on December 9, 2013, Section 5 c. states that "The Town Council shall appoint a Town Councilor or Town employee to serve as its representative on the Library Board of Trustees' Finance Committee for a term to be set by the Town Council..." A copy of the MOU and an order are attached.
