Ordinance to amend the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance to add certain service uses to the Business Professional District.

A public comment period will not be included with this item because a public hearing was held regarding this matter at an earlier date.

ACTION: Council action anticipated.
Summary:
The Business Professional District is currently restricted to Business and Professional Offices and Wireless Service Facilities.  The Council discussed the concept of broadening uses in the district and agreed to move the discussion forward regarding retail services.  Attached is an introduction letter and a draft amendment. The Council held a public hearing on November 13 and the Planning Board held a hearing on December 3.

UPDATE 12/09/13: A dcoument containing the comments from the Planning Board's MRA hearing has been attached.
