Summary:
Michael Payson of Ridgewood Associates, Inc. is requesting a change to the Open Space Residential Development District to reduce the setbacks for residential structures from the project boundary. Peter Biegel of SYTDesign will be presenting the request to the Council. The Zoning District for Ridgewood was approved by the Council March 2006 and the Planning Board approved the project in December 2006. Amendments to the district require Council approval.
