Summary:
Provided the Council approves the amendment in Item 8, this order will approve a fee of $250 dollars for a Minor Site Plan Review application. It is the same amount charged for a Site Plan Pre-application submittal, a renewal with no changes or an amendment. Fees are intended to cover some of the costs associated with the processing and approval of applications.
