Property owners at 30 and 32 Carroll Street have requested the Council grant access across town property for the purpose of placing and acessing seasonal docks. The Town owns a strip of land along Carroll and Brown Streets, acquired for the purpose of locating the sewer line. Recently some owners have received Shoreland approvals from the Planning Board to stablize the land. Permanent access requires Council approval.
At the July 22 Council meeting staff were directed to prepare a draft license agreement for their review. The draft agreement is attached along with the original request and photos/tax map of the area. |
