Summary
On May 13 the Council approved the concept of a zoning amendment that would allow staff to approve minor site improvements to commercial properties. The concept has been workshopped with the Planning Board. Please find attached the introduction letter, the memo discussed at the May 13 Council meeting and the amendment language.
