	Falmouth Town Hall Council Chambers - 6:00 PM The Town Council will caucus at 6:00pm in the Large Conference Room. The Organizational Meeting will begin at 7:00pm in Council Chambers.

Item 1	Organizational Meeting
Public Forum	This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Council on matters which are not scheduled for public comment at this meeting.
Item 2 (a) (Consent Agenda)	Order to certify the June 11, 2013 Municipal Election results.
Item 2 (b) (Consent Agenda)	Order to approve the minutes of the May 13, 2013, Town Council Meeting.
Item 2 (c) (Consent Agenda)	Order to approve the minutes of the May 29, 2013, Town Council Meeting.
Item 3	Order to appoint members to the ad-hoc Zoning Committee.
Item 4	Order to change the date of 2013/2014 Council meetings impacted by holidays.
Item 5	Order to approve a supplementation appropriation in the amount of $25,000 to pay for architectural and other design services associated with the preliminary design of future expansion options for the Falmouth Memorial Library.
Item 6	Introduction by Councilor Farber of a zoning amendment to allow staff approval of minor site improvements to commercial properties.
Item 7	Introduction of an amendment to the Code of Ordinances relative to Nuisance Dogs.
Item 8	Discussion about future Council agendas.
Item 9	Order to go into Executive Session pursuant to the Laws of Maine to discuss and consider the acquisition of real estate rights, pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6) (C).
