Subject:	Order to authorize the Town Manager to execute all necessary transactions to accomodate the transfer of a Maine Department of Environmental Protection deeryard management agreement to the Town of Falmouth from the Woodlands Club. A public comment period will be included with this item. (3 minutes per person) ACTION: Town Council action is anticipated.
