Subject:	Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance regarding tenant footprint limitations in SB1. ACTION: Schedule Order.
Summary:	The Community Development Committee introduced a zoning amendment on July 23 regarding footprint limitations for tenants in the SB1 District. At a subsequent meeting on August 2, the CDC made some minor changes to the language. A letter of introduction, a slide presentation, the August 2 proposed amendment language and the original amendment are attached.
