Subject:	Discussion of a zoning amendment that would permit drive-thru and carry out restaurants in the Mixed Use Commerical District. ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Summary:	Councilor Orestis requests that the Council consider a zoning amendment for the redevelopment of a parcel in the MUC District. The proposal includes the location of a restaurant with drive-thru. This use is currently not permitted in the district.
