The Community Development Committee introduced a zoning amendment on July 23 regarding footprint limitations for tenants in the SB1 District. The public hearing was scheduled for August 13 and that meeting was subsequently canceled. The CDC requests the public hearing be scheduled for September 24, 2012.
UPDATE 08/27/12: When the agenda was originally posted, an earlier, draft version of the document containing the amendment language was attached to this item in error.
