A business owner on Route One has requested the Council address the policy on locations for mobile food service unit.
The food cart recently located on Route One was approved by the Council on June 18, 2012 and has been inspected and approved by the State Department of Health and Human Services. Attached is the Code of Ordinance language governing mobile food service units and the victualers application. |
