Update by representatives of OceanView on the redevelopment of the Plummer-Motz and Lunt school complex including:

- proposed concept zoning; and

- preliminary discussions regarding the public-private partnership process.

ACTION: No Council action is anticipated.

Summary:

Note: The PowerPoint presentation shown on April 9th is also attached.

Town staff has been working with representatives of OceanView on the proposed concept zoning for the redevelopment of the entire Plummer-Motz and Lunt school complex. The tentative schedule for the zoning amendments is as follows:

April 23 - Introduction of the Zoning Amendments,
May 14 - Public Hearing, and
May 30 - Order.

A letter from OceanView describing the proposed concept zoning and concept master plan are attached.

The letter from OceanView also includes a preliminary discussion regarding the public-private partnership process surrounding redevelopment of the Plummer-Motz portion of the site.
