Subject:

Order for a zoning amendment to address the allowance of Roadside Stands in residential districts.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.

Summary:

On January 9, the Community Development Committee introduced a zoning ordinance amendment that would permit roadside stands as a residential accessory use in residential districts with certain restrictions. The Planning Board held its public hearing as the Town's Municipal Reviewing Authority on February 7 and the comments from that hearing are attached. The Town Council held its public hearing on February 13.
