Update on Town-OceanView Leadership Team process for completion of Purchase and Sale requirements for the Plummer-Motz and Lunt property.

ACTION: No Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
Following the execution of the Purchase and Sale Agreement with OceanView for the Plummer-Motz and Lunt property on January 31, the Chair and Vice Chair of the Town Council have met twice with leadership of OceanView and Town staff.

Because a number of aspects of the P&S require specific details to be worked out between the parties, it is proposed that the Chair and Vice Chair of the Council meet on a regular basis with this Leadership Team to prepare any required items. The Council will be kept informed of the Team's progress on a regular basis. Any action that will require Council action will be brought back to the full Council for further review.

Staff prepared a Work Plan with key tasks and an anticipated schedule to help guide the work of the Leadership Team.

This agenda item is formatted for a discussion with no anticipated action. Action may be necessary at a future meeting if the Town Council has objections to the process described above.
