Public Hearing on a zoning amendment to address the allowance of Roadside Stands in residential districts.

ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.

Summary:

On January 9, the Community Development Committee introduced a zoning ordinance amendment that would permit roadside stands as a residential accessory use in residential districts with certain restrictions. Attached is the introduction letter and the proposed amendment. The Planning Board held a hearing on February 7 and the comments from that hearing are attached. The Council may consider an order for February 27.
