In response to a request from a property owner, Councilor Rodden is introducing an amendment that would standardize the keeping of poultry in residential districts. The 2008 amendment added the RA and RC Districts for poultry and introduced strict provisions. These provisions are now being recommended for any lot in the RB, F and VMU Districts that is less than 40,000 square feet in size. The attached memo includes the draft language. |
