The Land Management Team (Parks and Public Works Director, Community Programs Director, Open Space Ombudsman, Land Trust President, FTAC Chair, and Town Manager) have developed ordinance amendments that will update the current regulations and propose some changes in how Parks and Public Lands are used by the public. A list of the current hunting status for public lands and copies of the proposed amendments are attached.
Note: The Town Council will not be considering previously proposed Section (6) e which was intended to restrict dogs to "leash only" during certain months of the year on certain properties. The list detailing those properties has therefore been removed from this item and the proposed section has been removed from the ordinance amendments that are attached. |
