Review of second draft "Call for Offers" regarding the future use and disposition of part or all of the Plummer-Motz and Lunt Schools property.

ACTION: No Council action is anticipated.

Summary:

At its meeting on July 25, the Council commented on the first draft of a "Call for Offers" proposal. Since that time, staff has obtained and reviewed several additional Requests for Proposals from other communities, received review comments from the Town Attorney and Real Estate Broker, and has prepared a second draft "Call for Offers."

Public comment on the draft "Call for Offers" proposal is anticipated to be taken by the Council on August 22, 2011.
