For the last year, Staff has worked on a revision of this document. The original document was created in 1982 and revised in 1990. New changes reflect the evolving role of technology in society and the adjustments since the Falmouth Cable TV Committee has been dissolved. Although staffing has been reduced to operate the station, new services have been added including video on-demand and live streaming of all meetings. At their meeting on July 11, the Council asked for revised language in Section 5. At their meeting on July 25, the Council asked for additional adjustments. The Town Attorney has proposed new wording and the updated document is attached along with the original
