Public Hearing and Order on a draft "Call for Offers" regarding the future use and disposition of part or all of the Plummer-Motz and Lunt Schools property.

At its meeting on August 8, the Council commented on the second draft of a "Call for Offers" proposal. Following that, staff prepared a revised draft "Call for Offers." The revision was circulated to the Council.

Attached are a "red-lined" and "clean" COUNCIL version of the Draft "Call for Offers," dated August 19, 2011.

One additional suggestion was made by Councilor Payne. This has been highlighted in green in the attached draft clean and redlined PAYNE versions,dated August 19, 2011.
