Subject:	Discussion with the Town Attorney regarding the Town Council's rights, responsibilities and options pertaining to the disposal of Town owned surplus real estate. ACTION: No Council action is anticipated.
Summary:	This discussion will focus on the language in the Falmouth Code of Ordinances, specifically Chapter 16, Article II, Section 16-43. The conversation will also include the language in the Falmouth Charter, specifically Article II. Sectin 204.12. The outcome of this discussion will impact whether agenda item 9 will be applicable or considered by the Town Council.
