The Town of Falmouth's current cable franchise agreement with Time Warner Cable expired January 24, 2010. Staff began working on the contract negotiations in the summer of 2009. After two contract extensions, the two sides have agreed on a new ten-year franchise agreement. Town Counsel will be present to answer any questions related to the negotiations and a representative from Time Warner has also been invited. The current cable franchise agreement, new cable franchise agreement, franchise settlement agreement, and Executive Summary are attached. |
