Discussion about the future use of the Plummer-Motz and Lunt Schools property and review of proposed language that could be used in a "Call for Offers" proposal regarding the future use and disposition of part or all of the property. This discussion will also include an opportunity to review a process that includes public input and project schedule.

ACTION: No Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
At its meeting on July 11th, the Council directed staff to prepare a first draft of a "Call for Offers" proposal and authorized the Town Manager to seek the assistance of CBRE The Boulos Company with the Plummer-Motz and Lunt project.

Potentially interested developers/tenants have been briefed of the facilities project status and have been offered an executive session option with the Council on August 8th similar to what was afforded OceanView representatives on July 11th.

The Council may want to also discuss:
- how to involve the public in this process and
- if (and if so, how) the current Falmouth Memorial Library property on Lunt Road should be included for consideration in the Call for Offers, if developers were to propose to relocate the library to the Plummer-Motz and Lunt site.
