Subject:	Order to authorize the Town Manager to enter into a new franchise agreement between the Town and Time Warner Cable. ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:	The Town of Falmouth's current cable franchise agreement with Time Warner Cable expired January 24, 2010. After two contract extensions, the two sides have agreed on a new ten-year franchise agreement. The new cable franchise agreement is attached.
