The Town's auditors recommend that every year the Town review its list of personal property taxes receivables and write off any uncollectible tax accounts in order to keep the Town's books current. In accordance with 36 M.R.S.A. §760-A, we are recommending that several outstanding personal property tax accounts be abated as uncollectible. A complete listing of the accounts and order are attached. |
