The Hat Trick Drive project has been in negotiation and planning phases for several years. Town Attorney, William Plouffe, has lead most of the negotiations and will be present at the meeting. Mr. Plouffe has prepared a summary memo for the project including copies of all documents requiring Town Council action if this project is to proceed. Funding for the Town share of the project will not exceed $100,000 and is funded through the Route One TIF.
