The Falmouth Memorial Library wishes to relocate its facilities from its current location to the Lunt School, once the school has been vacated by the Falmouth School Department.
The Town and the Library have a 1994 Affiliation Agreement in place that governs the current library location. The attached draft MOU could replace the 1994 agreement.
On April 11, 2011 the Council authorized Councilors Payne and Pierce to work with library representatives and Town staff to prepare this draft MOU, dated May 2, 2011. |
