Following the March 14 meeting, the draft language for Referendum Question 1 and Order regarding the renovation of the Plummer-Motz and Lunt School complex into a community recreation center, town library, and leasable space has been finalized by the Town Attorney (see attachments dated March 23, 2011).
A spreadsheet with Anticipated Income and Expenses, dated March 15, 2011, and Concept Schedule, dated March 10, 2011, are also attached.
The Council is asked to take two separate votes: 1. a vote to send Question 1 and the Order to the voters for the June 2011 election, and 2. a vote to recommend passage of Question 1 at the election to the voters. |
