Summary:
Recently the Town Attorney met with Councilors Payne and Chase regarding conflicts of interest. A memo from the Town Attorney is attached which describes the discussion at this meeting. This agenda item will be an opportunity for the full Town Council to receive legal guidance on conflicts of interest and afford the Town Council an opportunity to discuss the matter with the Town Attorney.
