Update on Pleasant Hill Fire Station Sale Process.

ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Summary:
On December 13, 2010, the Council approved an order to authorize the Town Manager to commence the sale process for the Pleasant Hill Fire Station property for private re-use, using the single-date Call For Offers process. The Town has since contracted with CBRE The Boulos Company to assist with this effort.

Attached are the December 2, 2010 letter from Boulos, as well as a draft marketing brochure, proposed sign, and January 6, 2011 letter from Boulos.

The Council is asked if it wants to place specific parameters on purchase offers for the Pleasant Hill Fire Station before the marketing of this property begins.

Joe Porta of Boulos will be present at the meeting to answer any questions the Council may have.
