Order to give direction to the Commmunity Development Committee regarding limitations on building footprints in the SB1 District.

ACTION: Council action anticipated that will give direction to the Community Development Committee.
Summary:
The Community Development Committee is currently finalizing its recommendations to the Council regarding the implementation of aspects of the 2005 Route One Study. One element is the limitation of building footprints.  The CDC is requesting feedback from the Council.  Attached is a cover memo from the CDC, an overview of the history of this discussion on this topic, and two maps, one showing locations of existing buildings and one from the 2005 Route One Study showing proposed changes in zoning districts.
